All refurbished products come with a 6-month hardware warranty, covering all hardware components except the battery. This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental or physical damage
• Loss or theft
• Software issues or data recovery

Warranty Coverage
If a fault occurs within the warranty period, we will:

• Repair the item using new or refurbished parts
• Replace the product with a similar item
• Refund the purchase price

Exclusions:

• Natural battery degradation
• Software recovery or reinstallation
• Damage due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs
• Data loss or corruption

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Claim Warranty

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a:

• Replacement or refund for major failures
• Repair or replacement for minor issues
• Compensation for any foreseeable loss caused by product failure

These rights cannot be excluded and apply automatically when you purchase from us
